New Respected Spl CS, Prl Secy, Secretary, HODs/Dist Collectors, As you are aware, Andhra Pradesh Corporation for Outsourced Services (APCOS) has been established for providing the required outsourced manpower to all the govt departments/ instrumentalities. Process guidelines for for indenting the outsourced manpower etc has been issued on 20th November, 2019. A copy of the same is attached. Required User Ids and passwords have been issued to all concerned. However it is noticed that ,so far ,indents have been placed only for about 27000 outsourced personnel. Kindly note that the Finance department has given extension for the present system of outsourcing ( through private outsourcing agencies) only up to 31.01.2020, after which it will not be possible to pay salaries to the outsourced manpower unless they are migrated/on boarded to APCOS. In the light of above, I request you to kindly ensure that the requirement of the outsourced manpower for your department/ District is immediately indented on the APCOS website ( apcos.ap.gov.in ) without loss of further time. As per my feedback, almost all the departments/Collectors are ready with their full lists. Now these lists are just required to be uploaded on the APCOS website which should not take more than a few minutes. Therefore I once again request that the task of indenting of outsourced manpower may be completed in the next one or two days to avoid any in salary payment or work from February 2020 onwards.
